About Our Sensei
Sensei Josh leads each training session with a focus on self-defence techniques and the principles of Shotokan Karate. His expertise ensures that students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, receive quality instruction tailored to their needs. With almost 30 years as a practitioner and 10 years of teaching experience he looks forward to meet new and existing students to the Dojo.
Affiliated to JKA England
Japan Karate Association England (JKAE) is a non-profit association located in England and Wales. It is associated with the Japan Karate Association (JKA) in Japan, which is one of the world's most prestigious, oldest, and largest Shotokan Karate organisations.
Sensei Yoshinobu Ohta (8th Dan) serves as Chief Instructor, and the Executive and Technical Committees provide administrative and practical guidance to JKA England.
